We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds for undelivered orders may be denied if the stated shipping timeframe of 1–4 weeks is still in progress.

Yes. Sale items, gift cards, custom products, personal care items, and certain hazardous materials are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
